The AES Mobile App

The AES Mobile App was created around 2021 to provide a virtual way for residential customers to pay their utility bill.
This mobile app replaced previous versions of AES Indiana and AES Ohio (previously Indiana Power & Light (IPL) and Dayton Power & Light (DP&L), respectively).

Previously at my time at AES Indiana, I was the Product Owner for the AES Mobile App and AES Web Portal.

I initially helped with the app refresh in a five-month rotation as a UI Designer, then owned and supported the app end-to-end with a team of 2 software engineers and 2 web architects.
